Elika Harton

More than 15 years of teaching experience from both Rygaards International School, as well as Zahles Seminarie School. Been a class teacher and subjects teacher in Danish, English, German and Social Studies, as well as being responsible for internationalization with focus on the U.N. and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Grew up abroad as has attended international schools.
She is also a volunteer at Børns Vilkår (Children´s Welfare), and helps students, who are in need of a confidential talk, or a shoulder to lean on.
She has a background in the field of communication and a Master’s Degree in Public Relations and a degree in Psychotherapy. As a teacher she is Specialized in foreign language didactics.

Elika has two daughters, who both have attended Waldorf school.

Sydney Viles

Sydney holds a Masters Degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Bank Street College in New York City, as well as a CELTA certification for teaching English as an additional language.

In addition to 8 years of classroom teaching experience, Sydney has taught circus and gymnastics, theater, and conflict resolution with children of all ages. She also has training in Anti-Bias Education and Emotionally Responsive Classroom teaching. Sydney grew up on the Oregon Coast and moved to Copenhagen with her Danish husband, Pejk, in October 2019.

Frederikke Larsson

More than 15 years of experience from the Waldorf Educational system in DK and abroad.
Previously Managing Director of the Federation of Steiner schools in Denmark, teacher and head of department in the upper school at a Waldorf school.
Since 2016 member of the board of the European Council for Steiner Waldorf Education.
Co-initiator of WISC and Byens Steinerskole.
Frederikke has 3 children who all attended Waldorf school in Denmark and Berlin.
Educated as M.A. in Visual Culture and Aesthetic thinking, Architect, Constructing Architect as well as Waldorf teacher.
